Preparation instruction

•           Add 2–3 tablespoons of Lavitta Healthy Protein Mix to a bowl.
•           Mix with 200ml of water or milk.
•           Stir well to avoid lumps.
•           Cook on low heat for 5–7 minutes while stirring continuously.
• Serve warm.

This wholesome combination provides plant-based protein, fiber, healthy fats, and essential nutrients to support healthy growth, energy, and overall wellness for all age groups from 6 months onward.

Feeding table

• 6–12 Months: 1–2 tablespoons mixed with 150ml water or milk, 1–2 times daily
• 1–3 Years: 2–3 tablespoons mixed with 200ml water or milk, 1–2 times daily
• 4–12 Years: 3–4 tablespoons mixed with 250ml water or milk, 1–2 times daily
• Teenagers & Adults: 4–5 tablespoons mixed with 250ml water or milk, 1–2 times daily
• Elderly: 3–4 tablespoons mixed with 200ml water or milk, 1–2 times daily
